Meet Georgi (aka Joy-Gi).
My journey in education began a few decades ago in a small town in Bulgaria. I was born into a vibrant family of entrepreneurs, managers, educators, makers, and artists.
Immersed in these creative and driven mindsets from an early age, I grew into an autonomous, lifelong learner—and gradually discovered my identity as an innovator, artist, and entrepreneur. Today, my passion lies in sharing that same joy and creative energy with communities around the globe. That passion is rooted in something deeply human.
As children, we explore the world with wide-eyed wonder, but somewhere along the way, the rigid structures of education dull this natural joy. My work is about reigniting that fire—for learners, for teachers, for entire school communities.
I believe education should feel alive, immersive, and meaningful. That’s why I focus on human-centered, experience-driven transformation, helping schools break free from outdated systems and designing environments where learning feels like an adventure.

To provide a holistic and accurate reflection of my professional capabilities, I developed a competency framework that outlines the key skills and areas of expertise I apply in my daily work. It was co-created with colleagues and clients, who assessed my competencies based on direct collaboration and evidence from shared projects.
